## What to include

- **For a job**: the date and the first line of the script from My Speech, plus the voice name and speed.
- **For a problem you heard**: what you expected and, if you can, the sentence where it happens.
- **For payments and credits**: the email on your account and the date of the charge. Never send card numbers.
